The Mission Clinic of Palm Springs will be offering FREE School Physicals and Sports Physicals! 

It’s that time again! Students in Palm Beach County are gearing up to head back to school. That means they need to get the necessary school physicals as well as school supplies.

The Mission Clinic of Palm Springs wants to serve you by helping you get both!

We offer free school physicals for students and we will also give out a backpack with school supplies to every student that receives a physical. You don’t want to miss this opportunity!

When: Saturday, July 29 from 9am to 3pm

Who: Free Physicals are for kids who are uninsured or those qualified to receive care through the Florida Department of Health.

Details: Each child must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent in order to be seen.

No appointments are required. Patients will be seen on a first come, first served basis so get there early!

Every child receiving a physical will receive a backpack filled with school supplies.
